1. Sign in to your 2FMM Member profile and go to your Order History. Select "View or Manage" for the order you're returning, then select "Start Return". If you purchased as a Guest, you'll need to access your order using your order number and email address.
2. Choose the items to return, provide the return reason and select "Continue".
3. Submit your return— select the printable pre-paid label we generated.
4. Pack your items for delivery and attach your printed return delivery label. Be sure to seal the package and remove/cover previous expedition barcodes to avoid delivery delays.
5. Drop off your return at the courier location closest to you or wait for our delivery carrier for a secure pick up.
